Valeo Networks expands to Northeast US with the acquisition of MSP Alura Business Solutions

Florida-based Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), Valeo Networks, is acquiring Alura Business Solutions, LLC, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. With this acquisition, Valeo Networks plans to expand its operation to the northeastern United States.

“Our efforts to scale Valeo continues its forward momentum. The acquisition of Alura gives us a robust presence in the Northeast and truly expands our national footprint,” said Travis Mack, CEO, Valeo Networks. “We are excited to have Alura join our team of companies.”

Alura provides high-quality, customized IT solutions for small and mid-sized organizations in the manufacturing, non-profit, healthcare, and other industries in and around Plymouth Meeting. It has implemented for its clients efficient and effective managed IT services for enhanced security, increased productivity, and maintaining exceptional operational reliability. Alura will now operate as DBA Alura Business Solutions (A Valeo Networks Company). The company will continue to operate out of its location in Plymouth Meeting.

Valeo Networks offers solutions in the areas of cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, network infrastructure, and managed IT services to State, County, Municipal markets, small-to-medium businesses (SMBs), and non-profit organizations.

Valeo Networks – Mergers and acquisitions

Alura is Valeo Networks’ seventh acquisition in the last three tears. Saalex Information Technology acquired Valeo Networks in April 2020 and in August 2022, it adopted the Valeo Networks name.

In May 2020, it acquired Eugene, Oregon-based Arctic MSP, followed by the acquisition of Network Management Services, a Eureka, California-based MSP in August, and the acquisition of Etech Solutions, a Des Moines, Iowa-based MSP in December. Valeo Networks acquired On Time Tech, based in San Francisco, in 2021.

In May 2022, Valeo Networks acquired Next I.T, a Muskegon, Michigan-based MSP. Alura is the second acquisition for Valeo Networks this year.
