IT management software provider, SolarWinds, has launched the SolarWinds Observability. This is a fully-integrated, cloud-native SaaS offering offering unified and comprehensive visibility for today’s modern, distributed, hybrid, and multi-cloud IT environments.

SolarWinds Observability helps customers accelerate their digital transformation using powerful machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. This makes it easy to manage extremely complex IT environments. The new SaaS platform offers a single end-to-end solution that provides visibility into private and public clouds. It blends SolarWinds observability solutions for networks, infrastructure, systems, applications, databases, digital experiences, and logs.

SolarWinds Observability helps IT Ops and DevOps teams, developers, and cloud architects improve performance, compliance, and resilience by providing insights that allow them to identify and address issues.

The cloud, hybrid IT, remote workforces and new tech tools have caused organizations’ IT environments to become more complex. As a result, technology professionals now have less visibility into their networks, applications and infrastructures.

SolarWinds Observability solves this problem by providing visibility into the complete environment and expedite anomaly identification and resolution. SolarWinds Observability helps IT Ops, DevOps, and SecOps teams be more proactive in their work. This way, they can ensure that the performance of the business’ services is always optimal and that users get a good experience, no matter how distributed the services are or where they run. The product is available as a cloud-native offering on both Azure and AWS clouds.

“For more than 20 years, we have focused on providing customers with solutions to digitally transform their companies. Today marks a significant moment in our own transformation as we launch our most impactful observability solution to date,” said Sudhakar Ramakrishna, president and chief executive officer, SolarWinds. “We designed SolarWinds Observability to support every customer, regardless of where they are on their cloud journey, and to deliver simplicity, security, and great value to DevOps, SecOps, CloudOps, and IT Ops professionals.”

“At SolarWinds, we are laying the foundation for autonomous operations through both monitoring and observability solutions built to empower customers to move forward on their cloud and digital transformation journeys,” said Rohini Kasturi, chief product officer at SolarWinds. “With our Hybrid Cloud Observability and SolarWinds Observability offerings, customers have ultimate flexibility to deploy on a private cloud, public cloud, or as a service. We are also simplifying our business model with node-based licensing and tier-based entitlements to support customers of all sizes.”

SolarWinds also announced a new version of its Hybrid Cloud Observability solution. Hybrid Cloud Observability is now enhanced with artificial intelligence and machine learning to detect anomalies in customer data centers. It will help customers migrate from on-premises to SaaS at their own speed.

SolarWinds Observability and Hybrid Cloud Observability are built upon the company’s success over 20 years in network, system, database, infrastructure, IT service management, and application management software. Both products adhere to SolarWinds’ Secure by Design principles and use a rigorous security framework that incorporates multiple layers of security.

The launches of SolarWinds Observability and Hybrid Cloud Observability fulfil the company’s goal of introducing both SaaS and hybrid cloud observability solutions in 2022.

The launch of SolarWinds Observability is followed by the company announcing its new Transform Partner Program earlier this month. SolarWinds Transform helps partners accelerate digital transformation for customers using simple and AI-powered SolarWinds observability solutions.
