The portal presents an online dashboard for all sorts of Handy Backup partners: affiliates, resellers, distributors, online backup providers, and custom software version users. The launch of the partner portal is reported a part of a global campaign for partner relations optimization by Handy Backup; more partner activities are coming soon.

Handy Backup partner portal ( http://www.handybackup.net/partners.shtml ) answers the question of how to become a reseller or other partner of Handy Backup and brings everything required for that. The new partner registration a two-step registration process. First, a partner-to-be sends a request online, for a partnership regarding her plans: an affiliate (forwarding people to Handy Backup products for a margin), reseller (selling the software to end customers), distributor (supplying software resellers with the product), online backup provider (using Handy Backup to store clients’ data to own or Handy Backup remote servers), or customization buyer (specifically, a white-label customization buyer). After that the partner inquiry is considered by Handy Backup sales managers, and an answer is sent to the applicant within 24 hours.
The discount resellers and distributors get depends on their Handy Backup sales performance during a quarter: the more the partner sells, the more the discount. The discount is scalable, i.e. it is formed by a partner software distribution powers and plans; so both small and big companies get a discount the most reasonable exclusively for them. The discount has four basic levels and might grow up to 50%.
