Momentum, a leading global managed services provider, has successfully concluded its acquisition of Horizon Telecom, a prominent Netherlands-based next-gen managed service provider. This strategic move solidifies Momentum’s commitment to delivering comprehensive global solutions, reinforcing its position as a leader in the communications industry.
The addition of Horizon strengthens Momentum’s modern workplace services, offering a seamless customer migration process for enterprise voice, Microsoft Teams, SD-WAN, and managed network solutions. Horizon Telecom brings valuable PSTN replacement services to 72 countries and number availability in over 150 countries, significantly enhancing Momentum’s global voice offering.

This acquisition represents Momentum‘s seventh strategic move and serves as a key entry point into the European market. It strengthens Momentum’s international capabilities, positioning the company as a major player in delivering world-class communication solutions on a global scale. The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Momentum’s deal with Horizon Telecom follows its acquisition of G12 Communications, completed November 2023. This strategic move positions Momentum to deliver premier voice-enabled collaboration solutions, empowering organizations and the modern workforce to thrive in an increasingly digital and collaborative world.
