Microsoft partner benefits

Microsoft has recently announced the launch of a set of innovative partner benefits packages, each carefully curated to cater to the diverse needs of partners at various stages of growth. The three new packages, namely Partner Launch Benefits, Partner Success Core Benefits, and Partner Success Expanded Benefits aim to empower partners by providing in-demand products, extensive support, and expert advisory benefits.

  • Partner Launch Benefits: This is ideal for those initiating their growth journey and empowers partners to discover, use, and test Microsoft products.
  • Partner Success Core Benefits: Tailored for partners expanding their capabilities, this package will offer them a more comprehensive set of tools and support.
  • Partner Success Expanded Benefits: This package is designed for partners ready to scale their operations to a larger level and provides the most comprehensive range of product benefits and support.

These packages also include Microsoft Sales Copilot and Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise) to enhance sales efficiency and productivity through AI models.

Partners can purchase these packages individually and integrate them seamlessly with existing benefits, including ISV Success. In addition to these packages, Microsoft encourages partners to differentiate themselves with a Solutions Partner designation or specialization, unlocking more Azure credits, seats, and technical support.

Partners have the flexibility to choose the package that aligns with their current needs and can expand their benefits as they grow with Microsoft. The flexible approach allows the purchase of more than one package, ensuring access to the necessary benefits to strengthen their cloud and AI practices.

The new partner benefits packages are now accessible in major markets, marking a significant milestone in Microsoft’s commitment to partner growth and success. By the end of March 2024, Microsoft plans to extend the availability of these partner benefits packages to encompass most other geographical regions, ensuring a global reach for their innovative offerings.

MPN Admins can access the Membership Offers page in the Partner Center for purchasing the partner benefits packages. Partners can contact their MPN Admin to get started, or check out the Compare Offers page to learn more about the packages.

Other key updates

Microsoft is not only introducing new partner benefits packages but is also making significant changes to enhance other offerings.

New ISV Designations: Solutions Partner with Certified Software

Microsoft unveiled Solutions Partner with certified software designations during Microsoft Inspire 2023. These designations, available for qualifying cloud software solutions, signify technical criteria for interoperability with the Microsoft Cloud and a proven track record of customer success. More information on certified software designations will be shared in March.

Signature Cloud Support Benefit Update

The Signature Cloud Support (SCS) benefit, part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, has provided unlimited cloud support to eligible partners. Starting July 1, 2024, partners with a Solutions Partner designation or a gold/silver legacy benefits package will have their SCS incidents benefit limited to 50 incidents per year upon renewal. This change aligns with Microsoft’s commitment to market conditions and maintaining a competitive landscape.
