Managed technology solutions provider, Meriplex, has announced the acquisition of Alabama-based managed service provider (MSP), F1 Solutions.

F1 Solutions is a leading managed Security and IT provider to defense contractors and businesses throughout Northern Alabama. Therefore, F1 can support its clients by greatly improving their security posture and becoming their trusted consultant.

Meriplex acquisitions in 2022
On July 14, 2022, Meriplex announced the acquisition of Louisiana-based managed service provider, Verma Systems. Regarding this, Henley had said, “Verma Systems is an excellent addition to the Meriplex organization. With their talented team and longstanding reputation in the Louisiana market, we will be able to provide more innovative technology and service offerings to their clients and work towards our goal of being the number one MSP/MSSP in the nation.”
Meriplex acquired healthcare-based MSP LightPoint in June 2022. This acquisition enables Meriplex to strengthen its ability to service the Healthcare industry. Meriplex announced the acquisition of Indiana-based managed services provider, Cyberian Technologies in April 2022. Cyberian focuses on providing custom-managed IT, cloud, consulting, and security solutions for businesses in Indiana.
These acquisitions will fuel Meriplex’s explosive growth and position to become the leading MSP in the U.S.
Meriplex announced in July 2022 the completion of a transaction in which Vitruvian Partners acquired a majority interest in Meriplex.

Meriplex’s existing shareholder, Clairvest Group Inc. retains meaningful equity and will remain as a minority shareholder alongside the Meriplex management team led by Founder & CEO David Henley, who will continue to run the business.
