Managed service provider (MSP) Coretelligent recently announced that it has successfully acquired fellow MSP Advanced Network Products (ANP). This acquisition marks a significant step forward for Coretelligent as it extends its reach into the Mid-Atlantic region and strengthens its expertise and customer base.

Based out of Philadelphia, PA, ANP possesses an impressive 39-year track record in delivering IT support and driving business transformations for the financial services, healthcare, and professional services sectors. Its comprehensive solutions encompass managed and co-managed IT, security, business continuity, as well as Azure and public cloud migrations.

“We are thrilled to welcome ANP into the Coretelligent family. Their technical experience, emphasis on customer service, and industry focus are exactly what we look for when making strategic acquisitions,” said Kevin J. Routhier, Coretelligent Founder, President, and CEO. “The acquisition of ANP enhances our service offerings and strengthens our capacity to deliver the highest-quality service to our exceptional clients. It multiplies the value proposition for our shared clients by reinforcing our deep bench of engineering talent, augmenting our technical proficiency, and reinforcing our commitment to deliver innovative technology solutions and first-class support that drive growth for our clients.”

Coretelligent employs specialized methodologies to craft advanced technology strategies, guarantee security and regulatory adherence, transform clients’ digital and data management, offer upgraded cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and furnish outstanding IT support. This serves as a catalyst for growth among its distinguished clientele in critical sectors like financial services, life sciences, and professional services.

The acquisition of ANP solidifies Coretelligent’s position as a technology frontrunner, enhancing its technical prowess within the Microsoft stack. This is achieved through harnessing the potential of Azure for efficient infrastructure management and seamless integration with on-premises systems, among other capabilities. Moreover, ANP brings to the table an impressive proficiency in unlocking and seamlessly incorporating Microsoft security features, which are often underutilized by many companies despite being included in their Microsoft deployments.

David S. Mulvey, CEO of ANP, said, “Identifying our shared vision of leading through service excellence, we recognized that the alignment of ANP with Coretelligent allows us to bring even greater value to our clients. Joining forces with Coretelligent ensures that our clients can continue to depend on the best-in-class service they have come to expect while benefiting from Coretelligent’s advanced technology solutions and services.”

Through this acquisition, Coretelligent not only strengthens its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region but also underscores its commitment to aiding growth in pivotal locations and industries through a combination of strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and organic expansion.

This is Coretelligent’s seventh acquisition since 2019. Its previous acquisitions encompass United Technology Group, LLC., SoundView IT Solutions, LLC., Soundshore Technology Group, Lighthouse Technology Partners, Chateaux, and NetCom Systems, Inc. This consistent pattern of expansion underscores Coretelligent’s dynamic approach to evolving and meeting the diverse needs of its clientele.
