Seamless Integration with Parallels Automation speeds time to market and enables Cirrus Tech to quickly add MightyCall Receptionist subscriptions to their existing business infrastructure

Infratel, the provider of the MightyCall platform for small business virtual phone applications, announced on Tuesday a partnership with Cirrus Tech Ltd that integrates the MightyCall platform into the web hosting provider’s ordering and provisioning system Parallels Automation, to offer cost-effective virtual phone applications. Purpose-built to meet the needs of service providers, the MightyCall platform enables Cirrus Tech to initially offer MightyCall Receptionist to small business subscribers in Canada and the U.S. through a single integration, increasing ARPU (average revenue per user) while reducing customer churn.

MightyCall Receptionist provides entrepreneurs and small businesses a centralized toll-free or local business number complete with auto-attendant, multiple user extensions, call management features, web based voicemail and website ClickConnect. Integration with Parallels Automation through a pre-configured APS package provides seamless subscription management and user billing. MightyCall Receptionist packages will now be offered in conjunction with existing Cirrus web hosting and collaboration solutions, with the option to quickly add new MightyCall powered services to end users over time.

“Our mission is to provide the highest level of quality and reliability for our services, and as our technology partner, Infratel mirrors that commitment,” said Ehsan Mirdamadi, CEO of Cirrus Tech. “Our web hosting customers see us as a go to resource for service add-ons, and the need to setup a business number is undoubtedly one of the first things they need just after we’ve helped them build their web presence.”

“As the cloud hosting industry continues to evolve, our goal is to offer a range of telephony applications to fit the growing needs of our partners and their small business customers. Being chosen by Cirrus Tech, a leader in the Canadian web hosting business, is validation for the MightyCall platform,” said Bryan Goode, CEO of Infratel. “The integration of MightyCall with Parallels Automation allows Cirrus Tech to seamlessly add services to their core bundles with the flexibility to grow those offerings in the future as new MightyCall applications are introduced.”

Cirrus Tech is offering MightyCall Receptionist subscriptions starting at $9.99/month with immediate availability.  Please visit Cirrus Tech (http://www.cirrushosting.com/business-phone-ippbx.html) for more details.
