Black Box completes acquisition of GSN Australia

IT solutions provider, Black Box Limited – formerly AGC Networks Limited, has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of GSN Australia. The acquisition was carried out through Black Box Technologies Australia Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Black Box Limited.

This acquisition is in line with Black Box’s growth strategy and serves to enhance its portfolio of products and services. By integrating GSN Australia into its operations, Black Box will now be able to offer an expanded range of Cloud Contact Center and Digital Experience solutions to its customers. This strategic move further strengthens Black Box’s position in the Trans-Tasman markets, while also allowing the company to capitalize on the expertise and capabilities of its global customer base.

GSN has played a pivotal role in assisting customers with the transformation of their employee and customer experiences through the seamless integration of traditional and digital CX solutions. With a formidable team in Australia and New Zealand, GSN operates within a matrixed organization where the Australian team supports their counterparts in New Zealand. The collective team consists of professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Service who collaborate closely, leveraging their extensive domain expertise to deliver tangible outcomes for customers.
