The annual Union Budget exercise is round the corner. In this regard, we have started the process of drafting NASSCOM’s Pre-Budget Memorandum 2022-23 to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance.
In order to make the pre-budget memorandum more impactful and to ensure that as an industry association we are highlighting the most relevant points, we are conducting a survey to understand the challenges faced by industry at ground level. The questions incorporated in the survey relates to the following issues:
- Condition relating to SEZ Re-Investment Reserve under S.10AA of Income-tax Act, 1961
- Condition relating to limit of monthly emoluments under S.80JJAA
- Patent box regime section 115BBF
- Startups – Deduction under section 80-IAC of IT Act for startups and Employees Stock Option Plans (ESOP)
