At the recently concluded NASSCOM Cloud Summit 2021, among many other sessions & panel discussions, one session focused on the need for and importance of a partner ecosystem for the success of any cloud adoption/migration/transformation journey. The leaders discussed the crucial role that partners play in scaling cloud for customers, what should enterprises look for when selecting a service provider, the importance of understanding the customers’ domain, their needs & challenges that they expect the cloud solution to address, concerns around public cloud and cloud talent.
