Ubiquity Sever Solutions, very recently, announced a year long server giveaway for budding online businesses. As soon as we covered the news, we had a plethora of questions to ask , and we reached out to Mr. Daniel Haim, Director of Marketing, Ubiquity Server Solutions. Not only did he oblige us, but also got us a Double Interview with him and Mr. Clint Chapman, CO-CEO, Ubiquity Server Solutions. Read away.

Q : What is your name and position with Ubiquity Server Solutions?
A: Clint: Clint Chapman CO-CEO
A: Daniel: Daniel Haim, Director of Marketing
Q: Please tell us in brief about Ubiquity Server Solutions.
A: Clint: Ubiquity grew from a passion for servers, and hosting websites. Our goal is to provide people/companies with the tools (servers) they need to run successful businesses and keep the IT operations under control. Our support team takes care of the cloud customers, the same way as the Fortune 1000 customers. Anyone could be the next Fortune 1000, so we make sure everyone has the resources and tools they need. With the launch of Ubiquity Motion, we are providing all these tools to the client from a single interface.
A: Daniel: Great question – what I’m looking for is passion. I’m looking for doers, action-takers. Having a great idea is just one part of the process, you know? There’s a great quote that I love, “Vision without action is daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare. Q: How has the response been till date for the giveaway?
A: Clint: Great! We are seeing a wide range of startups, to re-brandings, to college dorm room ideas.
A: Daniel: It’s been great so far. Lots of submissions to go through, taking our time and reaching out to people already.
Q: You are giving hosting services at SEVEN data centers. Can you tell our readers the importance of datacenter location for a website?
A: Clint: Location matters, when the latency matters. Video, music, CDN, file downloads, ads all need speed. They quicker than can get content to the end user, the better the experience.
Q: What are the other new services you plan to launch in 2013? Any exclusive offers?
A: Clint: CLOUD CLOUD CLOUD! We have some great news we’d love to share later in Q1 when we launch!
A: Daniel: Indeed, big things are happening for us mid-year. We are very excited to share the news but can’t leak too much information – so you’ll have to stay tuned and follow us.
