Host Europe Group has announced on Friday its acquisition by European private equity firm, Cinven, from Montagu Private Equity for a total consideration of £438m.

Oakley Capital Corporate Finance and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc were financial advisors to Cinven on this transaction.
A European private equity firm founded in 1977, Cinven has offices in Guernsey, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, Luxembourg and Hong Kong.
