Managed service and Web hosting provider Network Redux today announced opening of its new office in India.
Located in Kochi, a major port city on the west coast of India, the new office will help the company provide 24 x 7 x 365 customer service to its global client base.
Currently staffed with six data center and network engineers, systems administrators, and systems architects, the Kochi office will be led by director and lead system architect Sujith Mohan, a managed industry veteran with a decade long experience.
“Adding an office in India to our existing facilities in Portland, Ore., and Ontario amplifies our ability to respond to clients’ needs at any time, regardless of location or time zone,” said Thomas Brenneke, President and founder, Network Redux.
“The Kochi office also provides access to a pool of extremely talented and experienced engineers in a city with a high quality of life – a resource we intend to draw upon further as we continue to grow our operations. In addition to improving the service we’re able to offer existing clients, the team in Kochi will help us acquire new customers in the Middle East and Asia,” he added.
The Kochi office is Network Redux’s third customer support location and will help the company increase the quality and reach of its services.
