Parallels today unveiled support for a Microsoft Azure Pack for Hosting Providers at the Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference. The company also announced updates to a collection of cloud service delivery solutions for Microsoft partners. Parallels has updated its support for Microsoft Lync 2013 Hosting Pack, Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Microsoft Office 365.
The news comes a fortnight after Parallels announced the launch of Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5 and Parallels Web Presence Builder 11.5.

Some of the highlights of the changes are:
- Microsoft Azure Pack for Hosting Providers: This will bring the power of Microsoft’s Azure platform into a domain hosting provider’s datacenter for sales to service provider’s SMB customers.
- Microsoft Office 365: Parallels has announced an upgrade to the latest Microsoft Office 365 release, with new features including multi-language support.
- Microsoft Lync Hosting Pack: Parallels has announced availability for Microsoft Hosting Pack for Lync. Solution providers can now add this technology to their overall cloud services portfolio easily and quickly.
Parallels has been working in collaboration with Microsoft since 2007 to enable the delivery of cloud services for telecom companies, domain hosting providers, distributors, managed service providers and VARs.
At his recent session at WHD.India 2013, Mr. David Dzienciol, Regional Vice President and General Manager (Asia Pacific), Parallels, did speak about Parallel’s imminent plans to augment its products according to the demands of the SMBs so that its customers and partners can grow their business selling nothing but what exactly the market demands for.

A month back, Parallels also announced expansion of its foot print in Africa with a new office and sales representation in the Republic of South Africa.
