The SSL Store, one of the leading SSL Certificate Providers, today announced that Mr. Justin Hoppe, a Florida State University graduate and Cisco Networking Academy Alumni with a diverse technical background will be joining their team as a Technical Support Manager.

Justin dons the responsibility of providing technical support with an excellent customer service at the global scale. He’ll be in charge of resolving issues pertaining to installation, troubleshooting and transaction management. Having rich experience of performing IT Helpdesk duties at a US Military facility overseas, Justin will also partake in optimizing the support training process and maintaining & enhancing the website information.
