Unified observability provider, Riverbed, has introduced the new Riverbed ACE program. The program includes a partner-managed SaaS Digital Experience Management (DEM) service that is designed to expand opportunities for partners and scale the Alluvio Aternity DEM business. This program is intended for managed service provider (MSP) partners who cater to small and medium enterprises and are new customers to Alluvio Aternity DEM with less than five thousand global users.
The Riverbed ACE program was launched to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to measure the impact of the digital employee experience (DEX) and customer experience. Riverbed’s market-leading Alluvio Aternity DEM offers a comprehensive view of digital experience on business-critical applications by measuring what users experience.
This program helps in delivering “experience level agreements” demanded by companies from their network providers, allowing for a precise understanding of the end-user experience and all elements that could impact it.
“Riverbed is taking its Alluvio Aternity DEM and turning it into a managed service as an expansion of the Riverbed go-to-market strategy as partners look for technology that can keep pace with evolving business and client needs. Riverbed ACE enables partners to provide DEM-as-a-service to small and medium enterprises, as the need for innovation is greater than ever in today’s digital workplace,” said Alex Thurber, Senior Vice President, Global Partners, and Alliances, at Riverbed.
“Riverbed is enabling positive change in the IT channel by providing partners with opportunities to expand their business with more flexible and modern licensing models that deliver exceptional digital experiences to customers through our industry-leading Alluvio Unified Observability and Riverbed Acceleration portfolios. At the same time, this new program will help to further scale our Alluvio Aternity solution in the market”, he added.
The Alluvio Aternity platform offers a full-spectrum Digital Experience Management solution that captures technical data at scale from all employee devices, business applications, and cloud-native services. With AI-powered analytics, it provides insights into the business impact of both customer and employee digital experiences. This platform contextualizes data across all endpoints, apps, and transactions, providing valuable information to improve productivity, reduce costs, and inform remediation.
Riverbed has a wide range of partners, including top solution providers, distributors, system integrators, service providers, and technology alliances. With Riverbed’s help, partners can build strong relationships with customers, gain their trust, and create seamless digital experiences for them. The company’s partner program provides various benefits, including incentives, sales and marketing assistance, training, certification, technical support, and access to an online partner portal. These resources are aimed at enabling partners to expand their businesses by delivering fast, agile, and secure application acceleration over any network.
